From time to time certain entries might not be there. As a consequence, we had to trace back the entry manually in the sea of entries we had just entered, which created unnecessary additional work and caused valuable time loss in non-productive work. Sometimes we missed a few payment collections because the financial data does not tally in the Excel sheets. KUMO has changed our operational business processes around. One of the features I like very much is the Automated Overdue Payment Reminder. It has reduced my time of reminding customers for payment 1 by 1 via e-mails or phone calls. Each team member has to follow a strict data entry process in order to have a complete set of data stored in the system for future use.
